A Campus Access License grants permission for the purchaser to download the Online Convening recordings to a password-protected network, server, or website on their campus for unlimited staff use.

Online Convenings Campus Access License Purchases

  1. Recordings must be placed in a password-protected area on the purchaser’s website that is only accessible by the purchasing institution’s employees.
  2. Recordings cannot be edited or modified.
  3. Recordings cannot be resold.
  4. Recordings cannot be distributed outside of the purchaser’s institution.

In respect to purchased content, we grant purchasing institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, stream, and view such content and keep such downloads for an infinite period of time in accordance with these terms.

Q: Why should colleges purchase a Campus Access License?

A: Campus Access License grants permission for the purchaser to download the recordings of all of the Online Convenings to a password-protected network, server, or website on their campus for unlimited staff use.

Q: What does the Campus Access License include?

A: The Campus Acccess License provides unlimited access to the purchased closed-captioned video recordings, chat logs, and handouts and materials provided by presenters.

 Q: How and when will we receive access to the event recordings?

A: Links to download the recordings of any purchased sessions will be sent after the live event and once payment has been received by check, credit card, or purchase order.

 Q: If a college purchases a Campus Access License, will individuals from that college be able to attend the live events?

A: No, in order to attend the live event, an individual must purchase an individual registration for each event.

Q: Our college has multiple college/campuses. Do we need to purchase multiple Campus Access Licenses?

A: Each Campus Access License enables the purchaser to place the recordings on one intranet site. If that intranet site is accessible by everyone at the individual college/campuses, then you will only need to purchase one Campus Access License.
