The thing I like about this webinar is how it eliminates the whole “stay in your lane mentality”. This really encourages you to just think about how to contribute to your team, college, department, which I think is the foundation for collaboration. Work collaboratively saves some much time, energy, and effort.

It is interesting to ask the question “What problem do you want to solve” in the place of “What do you want to do?”
The Clubhou.se in Augusta on Telfair Street is a great example of encouraging starting your own business in the tech fields.

Very interesting discussion. I have seen the iceberg metaphor used in connection with the layers of the unconscious mind many times.
Thank you for the further enlightenment.

This has the best definition of entrepreneurship I think I have ever heard. Simply, entrepreneurship is being intrinsically motivated to provide something that others need. As the speaker noted, “how can I make myself useful to others?” Entrepreneurship doesn’t have to be a complicated matter and it often starts as an idea that progresses through little steps until it comes together.
Great presentation!

Small steps are the way to the bigger goal. Great information on entrepreneurship.
Sean Joiner-Business.
Great presentation. It addressed some very important topics for employees and students on how to be productive and valuable. I particularly liked the comments on the entrepreneurial mindset; the list of skills employers demand; and the statement that there is employer and global demand for people who think like an entrepreneur. This is information students should be aware of.
