Instilling Faculty With an Entrepreneurial Mindset

Colleges rely on the resourcefulness and persistence of their people to have the greatest impact on those they serve. Both of these essential skills are just two of the many values that can be learned from some of our society’s most underappreciated individuals, the “unlikely entrepreneurs.” The mindset developed in the entrepreneurial process of solving problems for others has been proven to create multifaceted, positive impacts on individuals, schools, organizations, and communities.
