The NISOD Conference

For more than four decades, the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) has championed the powerful role community and technical colleges play in transforming lives. Founded with a commitment to elevate teaching and learning, NISOD serves as a resource, convener, and advocate for educators who strive every day to advance student success.

All sponsor and exhibitor recognition in this prospectus is designed to constitute “use or acknowledgment” under Treasury Regulation §1.513-4(c)(2)(iv) and does not include advertising, endorsements, or inducements. NISOD reserves the right to adjust sponsor recognition to ensure continued compliance with applicable federal tax regulations.

Sponsorship Commitment

Please complete and return your Sponsorship Commitment Form to confirm your interest. A formal sponsorship agreement will be provided upon receipt of a commitment form.

The following guidelines for conduct shall be followed during the conference. Conference sponsors shall:

  • not discuss prices of goods or services of any particular company or companies.
  • not disparage the goods or services of any particular company or companies.
  • not recommend the selection of specific companies as suppliers.
  • not urge any participating company to engage in a concerted activity to accomplish any unlawful purpose.
  • not discuss matters that may be trade secrets to any company.
  • not propose secret sessions to discuss matters that cannot lawfully be discussed at official meetings.
  • not engage in any lobbying activities.
