NISOD Announces 2025 Student Graphic Design Winner
Austin, Texas, May 2, 2025 – The National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) announced that Alyssa Paynter, a student at St. Clair County Community College in Port Huron, Michigan, is the winner of the 2025 Student Graphic Design Contest.
As the winning student artist, Alyssa receives $1,000 and NISOD will showcase Alyssa’s winning design on promotional materials for the 2026 annual conference, including the front cover of the conference program. Alyssa’s college receives a complimentary 2025-2026 NISOD membership.
“We are impressed by the creativity and quality of this year’s student submissions,” said Kris Tolman, NISOD Interim Associate Director. “We look forward to showcasing the winning graphic as we begin planning for the 2026 annual conference. Thank you to all the students who shared their talents with us.”
This year’s contest drew 82 entries. St. Clair County Community College has produced a previous winning entry; Alyssa’s instructor will be on hand to celebrate her achievement at the unveiling of the winning submission at the conference.
Alyssa’s artwork will be unveiled on May 27, 2025, at NISOD’s International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence.
