Only one person can login for each registration, so you need to register once for each computer or location. If you plan to watch the session from a conference room with a group of your colleagues, you will only need to register once. The following steps are recommended for group webinar viewings:
One person from the group should serve as the “site coordinator,” register themselves for the webinar, and coordinate the viewing at their institution.
On the day of the webinar, the site coordinator should provide a sign-in sheet for participants to sign in case anyone wishes to receive confirmation from NISOD that they participated in the webinar.
The site coordinator should forward the link to the post-webinar survey and other important information to all group participants.
To receive a certificate of completion for the NISOD webinar, you must register and login to the live presentation. Email our Membership Team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive your certificate. Items of note: We are not a certifying agency. We will not be able to provide a certificate of completion for the viewing of archived webinars.
Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email approximately 24 hours prior to the webinar with information about how to access the webinar. On the day and time of the webinar, log into the URL provided in the email. Please use your first and last names when logging in.
Participants can interact with the facilitator and other participants through the chat feature available during the webinar. The facilitator will answer as many questions during the webinar as time allows or may follow up with participants after the webinar.
