INSTITUTIONAL REGISTRATION*

An Institutional Registration allows all full- and part-time employees to attend the live event, as well as have access to session recordings for 12 months. Non-member colleges that purchase an annual membership receive the member Institutional Registration rate.

Purchase an Institutional Registration
The purchase of an Institutional Registration provides access to the conference for all full- and part-time employees at the purchasing institution. Once full payment is received, the purchaser will receive an email with instructions on how to register employees. Multi-college districts that use the same email domain across all colleges must purchase an Institutional Registration commensurate with the district’s total FTE level (see above).

*Rates increase by 20% after April 2.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

An Individual Registration provides access to the live event for one person, as well as access to the session recordings for three months.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?

  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday General Sessions
  • Access to all Live and Pre-Recorded Sessions
  • Access to Networking Conversations
  • Access to session recordings for 3-12 months (depending on registration purchased) after the live event.

When Do Conference Sessions Begin?

  • Networking Conversations start at 9:30 a.m. each day.
  • Keynote Sessions start at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 11:50 a.m. on Friday.
  • Sessions start at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
  • All conference activities will be virtual this year.

Registration Policies

NISOD accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks, and purchase orders. Copy of purchase order must be mailed or emailed to Accounting@nisod.org.

Cancellation Policy

Institutional Registration

Cancellation and refund requests must be sent to Kelley Berley by April 1, 2021. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $250 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.

Individual Registration

Cancellation and refund requests must be sent to Kelley Berley by April 15, 2021. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for requests made after the cancellation date.

Individual Registration Substitution Policy

A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to Kelley Berley.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images and Recordings

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NISOD meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by NISOD.
