Exhibit and Sponsor Opportunities

Exhibit Table, $1,500

Exhibit tables will be placed in high-traffic areas near conference registration and the general session ballroom.

Food and beverage offered during General Session lunches and breaks

General Session, $5,000

This exclusive sponsorship of one General Session provides your company with extraordinary visibility and puts your brand in front of thousands of faculty, staff, and administrators. General Sessions are recorded and accessible to participants after the conference for continuous exposure for the sponsor.

This sponsorship includes:

Sponsor’s company name, logo, and web page link on a slide at the beginning of the General Session.
A two-minute prerecorded video or live introduction and welcome by a company representative.
Sponsor logo on the General Session and schedule-at-a-glance web pages.
Sponsor logo in all emails promoting the General Sessions.
Sponsorship promoted on social media channels.

Breakout Session, $1,750

Be a thought leader by presenting a session at the conference. There is limited availability, so don’t delay in reserving your session. Sponsor sessions must include at least one community or technical college co-presenter to speak about how your product/service has been implemented at their institution. A presentation proposal must be submitted. The system will open by November 1.

Conference Tote Bags, $1,200

All participants receive a conference tote bag. The tote bag is the perfect way to prominently display your company’s brand throughout the conference.

Option 1: NISOD gets the bags printed: $1,200
Option 2: Your organization provides the printed bags: $500*

*Bags cannot be plastic, must be pre-approved by NISOD, must include the NISOD logo, and must be received by the deadline provided by NISOD.

Tote Bag Insert, $500

You may include an item of your choice in the attendee tote bags. The sponsor is responsible for providing item by the deadline. Inserts may include, but are not limited to one page flyers, gift cards, novelty items, and much more.

Prize Drawings, $500

Prize drawings will be held during designated exhibit hours. Sponsor provides prize with a minimum value of $250. Sponsorship recognition includes:

Opportunity for company representative to announce the prize and winner during the prize drawing.
Recognition in the conference program and app.
Sponsor logo on the conference web page.
