What is NISOD’s International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence?
NISOD’s annual conference puts you right where you want to be—in the midst of community and technical college faculty, staff, and administrators who want to stay at the top of their game and who are actively looking for the edge they can gain from the solutions that you provide.

Who attends NISOD’s annual conference?
Participants are primarily faculty, staff, and administrators from community and technical colleges across the U.S., Canada, and beyond. The conference typically attracts approximately 1,000 people. View the 2019 registration list. 

When and where is the 2020 annual conference held?
The annual conference will be held May 23-26 in Austin, Texas, at the Hilton Austin Downtown.

What is the cost for a table top exhibit?
General rate: $1,500
Non-Profit Rate: $1,000

Where will the exhibits be located?
All table top exhibits will be on Level 4 of the Hilton Austin in the pre-function area near the conference registration booth.

How are table locations assigned?
Table top exhibits are limited and assigned based on these criteria: date application and payment are received, compatibility with other exhibitors, and past participation. NISOD reserves the right to assign space, rearrange the floor plan, and/or relocate any exhibit.

What is included in the exhibit fee?

  • One draped table and one chair
  • 2 exhibitor badges (additional badges available for purchase)
  • Listing in online Exhibitor Marketplace (logo, 50-word company description, web address)
  • Preregistered attendee mailing address list (provided on or before May 1, 2020)
  • Final attendee mailing address list (provided on or before June 5, 2020)

What is not included in the exhibit fee?
There will be additional charges for any electrical and audiovisual needs. If a company would like to send more than two representatives, each additional representative will be required to pay the appropriate conference registration fee.
