EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST

• Complete Partner Enrollment Form: All exhibitors must be a NISOD Partner to exhibit.
• Select a Booth: Floor plan will be live in November 2010.
• Check Out Exhibit Hall Events: Includes exhibitor set-up and breakdown, Exhibit Hall hours, and events.
• Make Lodging Arrangements: Hotel information will be available in the fall.

DEADLINE: DECEMBER 1, 2010

• Submit Proposal: Platinum, Sterling, Bronze, Friend of NISOD, and College Showcase partners can submit a proposal. Number of presentations is based on partnership level. The 2011 Call for Presentation Proposals will open in the fall.

DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 15, 2011

• Submit Organization Description: Description and contact information will be printed in the Exhibit Hall Guide.
• Submit Ad Artwork and Print-quality Color Logo: Platinum, Sterling, Bronze, Friend of NISOD, and College Showcase partners can include an ad in the 2011 conference program.

DEADLINE: APRIL 29, 2011

• Exhibitor Service Kit: Each 10 x 10 booth package will include 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape, an ID sign, a 6'x30" skirted table, two side chairs, and a wastebasket. Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in February 2011.
• Register representatives from your organization. Registration will open in the fall.
• RSVP for NISOD Partner Luncheon: Join us at the NISOD Partner Luncheon on Sunday, May 29, 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel and Suites.
