How Member Colleges Are Using the Excellence Awards Video Some of our members have told us that they:
- Use the video during convocation or at all-college gatherings as a motivational strategy.
- Send the video to area/department faculty/staff and administrators for review, then to the library.
- Share the video with faculty to inspire and encourage participation and nomination of faculty excellence award recipients.
- Use it in staff meetings for encouragement.
- Showcase excellence for faculty and staff during teaching circles, teaching squares, etc.
- Provide the video for the winning faculty member to use at departmental meetings or other presentations.
