NISOD Excellence Awards Events         NISOD Excellence Awards recipients receive their medallions and enjoy good food, music, and camaraderie at the Excellence Awards Kick-Off Excellence Awards Kick-Off At this event on Sunday, May 30, 3:15-4:00 p.m., recipients will receive an Excellence Award medallion, learn about the history of the award, hear testimonials from past recipients, and be congratulated and celebrated for their exemplary work. Excellence Awards Photo Opportunity Take Our Picture (TOP) Photography will be available in the back, right corner of Exhibit Hall 5 during the Sunday evening reception to take photographs of Excellence Awards recipients and their families and colleagues. An order form will be available in your registration packet. Excellence Awards Celebration The closing session of the conference on Wednesday, June 2, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., pays special tribute to the current-year Excellence Award recipients. The Excellence Awards booklet, featuring all recipients will be distributed to all participants. As well, the always moving and widely entertaining Excellence Awards video will be shown for the first time, before being mailed to every NISOD-member college for future showings on their own campuses. As the session comes to a close, all recipients will be asked to stand and have their medallions formally hung around their necks. This is a moving event that you will not want to miss!
