Paying with a purchase order?
When you get to the checkout phase in the online system, enter the purchase order number in the appropriate field. If you do not know the number, enter "1234."
Paying with a check?
When you get to the checkout phase in the online system, select "Purchase Order" and enter "1234" in the PO field. Then send a check with a copy of your order (which will be emailed to you).
Receipt/Invoice
Once you have completed your registration, the online system will immediately send an invoice/receipt to the email address given as the "Billing Email." If you do not receive that email, please contact Sheryl Powell to confirm your registration. In addition, a more detailed confirmation will be emailed directly to the participant 2-3 days after the online registration is completed.

Group Registration Fees
- $50 discount off regular registration fees.
- To qualify for the group registration, you must have 25+ participants from
a single college (not district).
- Colleges with 50+ participants also receive a complimentary College
Showcase (a $1,500 value) and a $50 discount off regular registration fees.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by May 14, 2010. Refunds, minus $100 processing fee, will be processed after the conference. Cancellations after May 14, 2010, can be applied toward a future conference. Please note that you are responsible for payment if you do not cancel and do not attend. Transfers are allowable.
Use of Likeness Disclaimer
By registering for this conference, Registrant expressly acknowledges and agrees that CCLP/NISOD may use the Registrant's name or likeness in future advertisements or promotional materials at NISOD/CCLP's sole discretion and without payment or remuneration to Registrant of any kind. Further, Registrant expressly waives any and all cause(s) of action against CCLP/NISOD for the appropriation of Registrant's name and/or likeness as well as any other related causes of action, if any. |
