Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by May 11, 2009. Refunds, minus $100 processing fee, will be processed after the conference. Cancellations after May 11, 2009, can be applied toward a future conference. Please note that you are responsible for payment if you do not cancel and do not attend. Transfers are allowable.

By registering for this conference, Registrant expressly acknowledges and agrees that CCLP/NISOD may use the Registrant's name or likeness future advertisements or promotional material at NISOD/CCLP's sole discretion and without payment or remuneration to Registrant of a kind.
