The following rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability until cut-off date. However, once all rooms blocked at the conference rate are booked, regular rates will be charged.

Plan Ahead: Road Closures in Austin
If you are driving or taking the NISOD shuttles to the Austin Convention Center, be aware that the city has made plans to replace a wastewater line during the conference weekend and several of the surrounding streets may be down to one lane or possibly closed. Please plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
On the morning of Monday, May 25, shuttle service may be affected due to the 2009 Capital of Texas Triathlon. Guests at the Hyatt Regency will need to walk to the Embassy Suites to ride the shuttle (from 7:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.).
